Job Description

Responsibilities

• Preparation of all monthly financial reports and tax reports
• Manage accounts payable & receivable
• Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
• Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting
• Performs project cost allocation.
• Bank Reconciliation & Variance Analysis
• Preparation of any reports related to Payroll
• Manage Fixed Asset and Depreciation
• Review Subcontractor Claims by examining submitted work progress and verify against contract terms and site reports for issuance of payment
• Assist in overall accounting works
• Reporting and budgeting as required by Management

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
• Experience using accounting software
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
• Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, CPA certification strongly preferred
