
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Preparation of all monthly financial reports and tax reports
- Manage accounts payable & receivable
- Reconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
- Support other accounting and finance team members, inventory management, and cost accounting
- Performs project cost allocation.
- Bank Reconciliation & Variance Analysis
- Preparation of any reports related to Payroll
- Manage Fixed Asset and Depreciation
- Review Subcontractor Claims by examining submitted work progress and verify against contract terms and site reports for issuance of payment
- Assist in overall accounting works
- Reporting and budgeting as required by Management
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance
- Experience using accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
- Experience working in the construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field, CPA certification strongly preferred
