The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Content Creator with a strong focus on Videography to lead the charge on visual storytelling across our brand and product ecosystem. From ideation to post-production, you’ll own the full video content lifecycle—creating scroll-stopping social content, product explainers, client case studies, and campaign videos that engage, convert, and educate our B2B audience.

You’ll collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to translate complex fintech and SaaS offerings into engaging visual formats. If you’re a creative powerhouse with a business brain and an eye for detail—we want to talk.

Your Responsibilities: Video Strategy & Production

  • Develop and execute a video-first content strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
  • Own end-to-end video production: storyboarding, scripting, filming, editing, sound, and color grading.
  • Produce:
  • Product explainer videos
  • Client testimonials and success stories
  • Social reels and short-form series
  • Event coverage and behind-the-scenes
  • CEO/Leadership interviews and thought leadership
  • Deliver content in vertical and horizontal formats optimized for TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and the web.

Creative Direction & Brand Storytelling

  • Bring the brand voice to life through compelling narratives and human-centric video content.
  • Guide art direction and ensure video tone aligns with our modern, minimal, tech-forward visual identity.
  • Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and performance marketers on integrated campaigns.

Content Planning & Performance

  • Build and manage a video content calendar across key business units (Marketplace, SaaS, POS, Fintech).
  • Analyze video performance (watch time, engagement, conversion) and continuously optimize output.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking and audience analysis to stay ahead of trends.

Asset & Workflow Management

  • Maintain an organized content library for raw footage and final edits.
  • Create reusable templates for intros, outros, transitions, and brand elements.
  • Optimize workflow for speed and scale—especially across high-volume social campaigns.

Your Toolkit

  • Camera & Gear: DSLR/Mirrorless setups, gimbals, lighting kits, audio equipment
  • Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, CapCut Pro
  • Design & Animation: Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, Figma (basic integration)
  • Planning & Collaboration: Notion, Google Drive, Slack, Trello/ClickUp
  • Optimization: YouTube Studio, Meta Creator Studio, LinkedIn Video Insights, Instagram Analytics

Who You Are Must-Haves

  • 4–6 years of experience in video production, preferably in a content marketing or startup environment.
  • Strong editing and post-production skills with a cinematic and modern aesthetic.
  • Portfolio showcasing short-form and long-form branded video content.
  • Skilled in setting up shoots, managing production logistics, and directing on-site.
  • Understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and audience engagement in a B2B context.

Bonus Points

  • Experience producing B2B SaaS or F&B-related content.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Basic animation or motion design knowledge.
  • Confidence on set and with interviewing clients or executives.
  • Drone license or experience with aerial videography.
