Position Title: Registered Nurse

Role Purpose
The Registered Nurse provides high-quality, patient-centered nursing care within the NeuroSolution Center. The role involves supporting physicians and therapists in neurology, regenerative medicine, and rehabilitation procedures while ensuring compliance with Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations and the Center’s clinical protocols.

Key Responsibilities
1. Patient Care & Clinical Duties
Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing neurological therapies, IV infusions, regenerative medicine, and rehabilitation protocols.
Assist physicians during specialized procedures (e.g., IV therapy, stem cell/exosome infusion protocols, neuromodulation support).
Monitor patient vitals before, during, and after treatment sessions, promptly reporting abnormalities.
Maintain accurate documentation in patient medical records and ensure entries in Practo or EMR systems are up to date.
Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, post-procedure care, and home protocols.
2. Medication & Infusion Management
Prepare and administer medications, IV fluids, and injectables under physician orders.
Ensure correct handling, storage, and administration of sensitive biological products (e.g., peptides, regenerative products, exosomes, IV vitamins).
Maintain strict adherence to infection control, cold-chain requirements, and DHA Pharmacy & Nursing guidelines.
3. Compliance & Safety
Follow all DHA-approved nursing standards, protocols, and scope of practice.
Support implementation of the Center’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for patient safety, regenerative therapies, and emergency management.
Ensure readiness for DHA inspections and compliance audits.
Report and document adverse events, near misses, and medication errors as part of the clinic’s quality assurance and pharmacovigilance program.
4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with neurologists, physical therapists, and physicians to provide integrated care.
Assist in multidisciplinary meetings regarding patient progress, treatment planning, and case reviews.
Support training sessions for staff on new therapies, devices, and clinical protocols.
5. Patient Experience
Uphold the highest standards of empathy, confidentiality, and professionalism with patients and their families.
Act as a key point of contact for patient queries, ensuring seamless communication and comfort.
Contribute to the Center’s mission of excellence in functional neurology, rehabilitation, and regenerative medicine.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
Valid DHA Nursing License (or eligibility for DHA licensing).
Minimum 2–3 years of nursing experience, preferably in neurology, regenerative medicine, or IV therapy.
Strong knowledge of IV insertion, infusion protocols, and emergency response.
Training in BLS/ACLS certification (mandatory).
Familiarity with DHA regulations, patient documentation systems, and clinical governance requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment.

Working Conditions
Location: NeuroSolution Center, Dubai Healthcare free zone.
Hours: Monday–Friday 8:00 am – 6:00 pm; Saturday rotation 9:00 am – 3:00 pm (per Center policy).
May require flexibility for urgent patient needs, medical tourism cases, or VIP treatments.
