Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Content Creator to join our team. The role focuses on creating engaging content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, YouTube, etc.) and aligning content with the organization’s strategic communication goals. The candidate will also support campaigns, content calendars, and analytics reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop original, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media channels.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to enhance audience engagement and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing, communications, and creative teams to align content with organizational messaging.
- Monitor social media trends, audience preferences, and competitive activities to inform content strategies.
- Manage and update content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Create multimedia content, including graphics, short videos, GIFs, and interactive posts.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Ensure content is on-brand, consistent in style, quality, and tone, and optimized for each platform.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, or related field.
- +8 years of professional experience in social media content creation or digital marketing.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, or equivalent).
- Excellent writing, storytelling, and editing skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
- Creative thinking with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with government, corporate, or media organizations.
- Understanding of SEO, digital marketing strategies, and social media advertising.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
