Job Opportunity: Admissions Counsellor (Full-Time, On-Site – Dubai)

Location: TCom, Barsha Heights, Dubai
Term: Full-time
Salary: AED 5,000/month

Experience Required: 1–2 years

Key Responsibilities:
> Student Journey Ownership – Manage student portfolios, provide onboarding and counseling, and ensure regular follow-ups.
> Admissions Expertise – Understand university processes, intake timelines, and eligibility; guide students on course/university selection.
> Relationship Management – Act as a trusted advisor, building strong student relationships to drive engagement and referrals.
> Application Tracking – Monitor application progress and resolve delays proactively.
> Post-Offer Coordination – Work with Visa teams and international offices for smooth post-offer processes.
> Sales Execution – Apply sales strategies to meet and exceed enrollment targets.

Requirements:
> 1–2 years in admissions, student recruitment, or education consultancy
> Strong communication and people skills
> Highly organized with multitasking ability
> CRM experience is a plus
> Exposure to international education systems or recruitment agencies preferred
