Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring efficiency and quality throughout.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates’ fit for the role and company culture.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring satisfaction on both sides.
- Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide guidance on the best hiring solutions.
- Continuously optimize recruitment processes to enhance quality and candidate experience.
- Provide feedback to candidates and clients, maintaining professionalism and transparency.
- Support onboarding efforts to ensure new hires transition smoothly and integrate well into the team.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition in the Middle East.
- Experience in a recruitment firm is mandatory.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
- Motivated and results-oriented with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on candidate experience.
- Autonomous, driven, and passionate about talent development and building strong teams.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment without compromising on quality or efficiency.
- Fluency in English is required, with proficiency in Arabic or French considered a plus.
