Location: Remote

From concept to final cut, we craft films, commercials, and digital content that engage audiences and drive results. We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive who can connect with clients, understand their needs, and position our video production services as the best solution to achieve their goals.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will act as the bridge between our creative team and potential clients, translating business objectives into compelling video production solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and target prospective clients in key industries (luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, real estate, aviation, corporate, etc.).

• Develop a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, events, and cold outreach.

• Sales & Business Development

• Pitch video production and branded content solutions tailored to client objectives.

• Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.

• Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company targets.

• Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients during the sales process.

• Collaborate with the production team to ensure client expectations are understood and met.

• Maintain long-term client relationships to secure repeat business.

• Market Insights & Strategy

• Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market demands to inform sales strategy.

• Provide feedback to the creative team on client needs and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, ideally within media, advertising, video production, or creative industries.

• Strong network of contacts in relevant sectors (luxury, real estate, hospitality, corporate, etc. is a plus).

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to understand creative services and translate them into client benefits.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
