About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on AI Automation Expert who thrives on building, integrating, and scaling intelligent automation systems. You’ll be at the core of designing workflows, connecting systems, and leveraging AI agents to automate complex processes.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy automation workflows with AI at their core.
• Integrate APIs, CRMs, and SaaS platforms into unified automated pipelines.
• Build scalable orchestration frameworks using n8n and custom automation logic.
• Apply advanced LLM techniques (LangGraph, DSPy, RAG, vector databases).
• Ensure resilience, monitoring, and optimization of automated processes.
• Collaborate across product and engineering to ship automation features quickly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering n8n automation workflows.
• Strong background in LLM-based automation (LangGraph, DSPy, advanced RAG).
• Proficiency with API integrations and workflow design.
• Comfortable coding in Python, Node.js, or Go for custom extensions.
• Familiarity with orchestration engines, workflow monitoring, and scaling.
• Startup DNA: speed, ownership, problem-solving mindset.
