DISC is a leading healthcare clinic dedicated to providing exceptional patient care across multiple locations. Our Patient Experience Team serves as the welcoming face for all patients and visitors, ensuring a supportive and positive first impression.

Role Overview:

The Sports Medicine Doctor will play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and preventing sports-related injuries and conditions, with the aim of maximizing the physical performance and recovery of athletes and active individuals. By collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, the specialist will develop individualized treatment plans that emphasize patient-centered care and promote long-term musculoskeletal health.

Key Responsibilities:

– Deliver outstanding clinical care using a variety of assessment techniques and treatment modalities, integrating therapies as appropriate.

– Uphold and enhance the DISC brand by adhering to departmental protocols, requirements, and standard operating procedures.

– Maintain complete compliance with DISC and Health Authority standards relevant to the clinic.

– Foster a positive patient experience through clear, compassionate communication during consultations and treatments.

– Meet monthly revenue generation KPIs.

– Ensure all licensing requirements are fulfilled promptly and accurately, including formalities for licensing under the DISC facility.

Qualifications and Experience:

– Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine specializing in Sports Medicine.

– Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sports Medicine Doctor in a clinic or outpatient environment.

– Strong knowledge of principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosing, treating, and rehabilitating physical dysfunctions and sports injuries.

– Experience with infection control protocols.

– Familiarity with Ministry of Health/Dubai Health Authority regulations, according to the clinic’s location.
