Senior Manager Admin – Housekeeping

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in early 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. About The Position Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Senior Manager Administration – Housekeeping to join the resort’s housekeeping team.
Responsibilities The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- To report for duty punctually always wearing the correct uniform and name tag
- To ensure proper grooming always as per company policy
- To attend daily briefing in selected areas conducted by direct leader
- Leaders: to champion the company values and objectives such Colleague Engagement Surveys and Forbes 5*Standards
- Acts as PA to Executive Director, Housekeeping, handling confidential urgent and sensitive matters when required
- Monitor Colleagues attendance, reporting any discrepancies to the Managers
- Manage and update various schedules, i.e. Attendance Register, Performance Records, Manning Records / Staffing guide
- Assist sections to manage their Vacation Plans according to Budget and occupancy
- Responsible for the Time and Attendance log readings and schedules on current applications
- Ensures that daily resort information is updated on the Communication Boards and all Colleagues are receiving the correct and updated information
- To liaise closely with Human Resources regarding all HR related issues and Colleagues benefits; as well as staff movement and changes
- Compile all information pertinent to the Month End Report, about the P&L Critique and Manning
- Ensures that filing systems are maintained
- Responsible for the Time and Attendance log readings and schedules on current applications:
- Manage and maintain schedules, Timecards, leaves in Employee Management System
- Monitor Employee Management System Profiles (FTE & Contractors) and liaise with Vendors regarding expired/missing documents and information
- Prepare paperwork and record information relating to contract staff, including requests for ID Card and Meal Cards
- Maintains and monitors Colleagues records
- Assists Executive Director of Housekeeping in controlling and analysing department budgets ensuring performance of the department is in accordance with budgets
- Assist Executive Director of Housekeeping with administration
- Forwards administration documentation, etc. to departments concerned
- Collect information from various sections and compile to forward to Executive Director of Housekeeping
- Knows the fire safety rules of the hotel
- Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene
- Maintain good relationships with colleagues and other departments
- Is present and active in the training sessions provided by the hotel
- Sends purchase and store requests through the system, as necessary
- Records and controls payroll matters for the department
- Prepares all miscellaneous charges related to the department
- Assists with creation and implementation of any new administrative changes
- Is aware of the company’s Quality Policy, Vision, Mission Statement, and ensuring that these are put into practice in our daily work activities
- Participate in the multi-skill philosophy of the department
- Is flexible in working hours and scheduling as per resort requirements
- Carry out any other job-related duties as requested by the department
About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Communication – Fluent in English – Verbal, written and reading/comprehension
- Previous experience as Executive Housekeeper/ Housekeeping Manager is a must
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills
- Leadership abilities
- Strong administrative abilities
- Strong customer focus service focus
- Adept in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, AI tools, Opera Cloud, Manpower task management systems
