Hiring for a Client – Senior Analyst, Business Support PMO
To provide business support to the client team, encompassing strategic planning support, financial planning support, performance management, and business/stakeholder relationship management, to facilitate the effective completion of daily activities.
Key Accountabilities:
- Conduct research, analysis, and reporting.
- Support the financial planning, manpower planning, and performance reporting processes.
- Contribute to the strategic planning process.
- Contribute to Business Policies and Processes.
- Prepare relevant updates and reports.
- Support with internal and external stakeholder relations.
- Compliance with standards and forms.
- Procurement activities.
- Support with other tasks as required.
- Comply with information security policies, procedures, and requirements always.
- Support Quality Health and Safety Environment (QHSE) activities, client policies, objectives, and compliance with Abu Dhabi and UAE laws and regulations.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in business support, preferably in a project-focused company.
- Ability to work effectively across the organization, including all business units.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong communication skills.
- Time management and ability to work under pressure.
- Attention to detail.
