Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo for a Sales Life Insurance Takaful Agent. The role involves promoting and selling life insurance and takaful products to individuals and businesses. Key tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting consultations to determine their insurance needs, presenting tailored insurance solutions, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting clients with policy applications and documentation. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with clients and meeting sales targets.
Qualifications

• Proficient in Insurance Sales and Insurance Brokerage
• Strong understanding of Finance and Insurance principles
• Excellent Customer Service and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial sector is a plus
