This is a key front desk role ideal for someone who is well-presented, confident, and passionate about exceptional patient service. You will be the first face and voice our patients experience—someone who makes everyone feel genuinely welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive.

🦷 Key Responsibilities

Warmly greet all patients and guests in a professional, friendly manner.
Manage and coordinate appointments using dental software systems.
Process patient payments accurately and maintain organized records.
Ensure smooth coordination between departments to support daily operations.
Make each patient feel at ease and address their concerns with care and professionalism.
Maintain a polished front desk and uphold the clinic’s high standards of service and presentation.

👩‍⚕️ What We’re Looking For

Previous experience as a receptionist in a dental or healthcare setting is essential.
Impeccable personal presentation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Confident and articulate communication skills—able to engage warmly and professionally with a diverse patient base.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as French, Arabic, Spanish, or German are highly desirable.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-end clinical environment.
Familiarity with international or Western healthcare systems is preferred.
