The Pulmonology Consultant is responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with respiratory and pulmonary conditions, including chronic and acute lung diseases. The consultant will lead treatment plans, perform advanced diagnostic procedures, and contribute to public health education regarding respiratory care.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and manage conditions such as asthma, pneumonia, COPD, interstitial lung disease, and other respiratory disorders.

• Perform specialized tests including bronchoscopy, pulmonary function tests, and chest imaging interpretation.

• Provide care for inpatients and outpatients with pulmonary conditions.

• Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and quality standards.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation in the hospital's electronic medical system.

Requirements:

• Doctorate or Fellowship in Pulmonology or Respiratory Medicine from a recognized institution.

• Completed Dataflow report .

• A valid license from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) as Consultant is preferred.

• Minimum of 5 years of post-specialization experience in Pulmonology.

• Strong clinical judgment and experience in handling complex cases.

• Proficiency in bronchoscopy techniques and infection control within healthcare settings.
