Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physiotherapist, based in Shaab, Kuwait. The Physiotherapist will assess patients’ physical conditions, design and implement personalized therapy plans, and monitor progress to achieve optimal recovery and rehabilitation outcomes. Duties include demonstrating exercises, using specialized equipment, providing manual therapy, and educating patients on improving mobility and managing pain. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary medical team to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in patient assessment, physical therapy techniques, and rehabilitation program development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and manual therapy techniques
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt treatment plans based on individual progress
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution
- Experience in working with diverse patient groups is preferred
- Commitment to maintaining a high standard of patient care and adhering to professional ethics
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage
