We’re Hiring: Patient Coordinator – Turri Vive Clinic
Turri Vive Clinic is looking for a confident, results-oriented Patient Coordinator who can turn consultations into long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and guide patients through their journey at Turri Vive
- Conduct consultations and present treatment plans & packages confidently
- Drive sales of aesthetic treatments, memberships, and programs
- Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing clients to maximize conversion
- Build strong relationships and ensure exceptional patient experience
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists to ensure smooth treatment flow
- Maintain accurate client records and follow-up schedules
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales / patient coordination (aesthetic or medical field preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals
- Professional appearance and client-focused attitude
- Ability to upsell packages while maintaining ethical, patient-first care
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
