Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid DOH license and have strong clinical experience in patient rehabilitation and functional therapy.

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and treat patients with physical, developmental, or cognitive challenges
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Educate patients and families on therapy techniques and home care
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team
Ensure compliance with DOH standards and guidelines

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field
Valid DOH license (mandatory)
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
