Al Mashahir Medical Center is seeking a DHA-licensed Nurse with solid experience in Medical Coding and Health Insurance procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong nursing background, be skilled in accurate medical coding, and be capable of managing insurance claims while ensuring compliance with healthcare documentation standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in electronic medical record systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional nursing care in accordance with DHA standards.

Accurately perform medical coding for patient records.

Handle insurance claims, approvals, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and policies.

Use EMR systems efficiently to maintain accurate records.

Communicate effectively with insurance companies, patients, and the medical team.

Qualifications:

Valid DHA license .

Certified Nursing degree.

Proven experience in nursing, medical coding, and health insurance processes.

Proficiency in English communication.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
