Role Overview

We are expanding our team and looking for 10 experienced Medical Transcriptionists to support our growing healthcare operations. The role involves accurately transcribing physicians’ dictations and medical notes into written reports, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe medical dictations, reports, and case summaries accurately.
• Edit and proofread drafts generated by speech recognition software.
• Ensure correct use of medical terminology, procedures, and drug names.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient information.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to clarify unclear dictations.
• Deliver completed reports within required deadlines.
• Support integration of medical reports into EMR/EHR systems.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in medical transcription (hospital/clinic setting preferred).
• Proficiency in medical terminology, anatomy, and pharmacology.
• Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 50 words per minute preferred).
• Strong listening and comprehension skills across accents.
• Proficiency in MS Office; experience with EMR/EHR systems is an advantage.
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient data.
