We’re Hiring: Marketing Specialist

DUBIMED is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing Team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute brand strategies and annual marketing plans
– Manage social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & YouTube)
– Create and maintain monthly content calendars
– Coordinate video shoots, designers, and editors
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns while managing budgets
– Organize open days, exhibitions, events, and activations
– Conduct clinic visits for content creation and campaign follow-up
– Manage digital assets and marketing workflows
– Execute email and WhatsApp marketing campaigns
– Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners

Requirements:
– Strong experience in brand and marketing management
– Excellent organizational and project management skills
– Creative mindset with a passion for content and strategy
– Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
– Strong attention to detail
– Experience in healthcare or aesthetics is a plus
– Native Arabic speaker (mandatory)
– Professional-level English
– Valid UAE driving license
