Job responsibilities:• Verify patient’s Insurance eligibility, coverage, copayment and deductible terms, and out-of-pocket expenses.• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations.• Proficiency in medical billing systems and claim portals.• Ensure usage of appropriate medical codes for approvals and billing of services.• Handle OP Insurance approvals, claims, timely submissions and management of rejections, timely reconciliation, and all necessary follow ups.• Coordinate with insurance companies and TPAs for approvals and justifications.• Promptly resolve claim-related queries and concerns.• Maintain accurate records of approvals, claims and denials.• Stay updated on changes in insurance regulations, policies, and procedures ro maintain compliance and efficiency.• Assist with insurance related billing and finances.• Insurance empanelment• Ensuring that given targets and KPIs are met within specified timeline.☆ Requirements:• Minimum of 3 years of Healthcare Insurance Experience in Dubai is mandatory.• Excellent communication and coordination skills• Pro-active, a team player and organized• Must be present in Dubai and ready to join immediately☆ Salary: AED 5000-6000 (Based on experience)
