Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator located in the United Arab Emirates. The Insurance Coordinator will be responsible for managing insurance claims, coordinating with insurance companies, and ensuring patients receive accurate insurance information. Day-to-day tasks include verifying patient insurance coverage, processing insurance claims, resolving insurance discrepancies, and providing exceptional customer service to patients and insurance providers.
Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Insurance and Health Insurance
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Experience with Insurance Claims and related processes
  • Attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies
  • Possess effective organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification preferred
