
Job Description
Role Overview:
Lead HR operations across Omorfia brands, ensuring efficient HR processes, compliance, and alignment across multiple brands while supporting the organization’s transformation toward a purpose-led and performance-driven culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee end-to-end HR operations, government relations, visa processing, labor contracts, renewals, licensing, and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- People Cost & Benefits Management: Manage workforce costs, medical insurance policies, claims processing, and continuously identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
- HR Analytics & Reporting: Develop dashboards, track key HR metrics (turnover, workforce planning, performance trends, compensation), and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
- Organizational Design & Compensation: Assist in harmonizing policies, roles, and compensation structures across brands; provide guidance on team structuring and maintain competitive benefits.
- Leadership & Team Development: Lead, mentor, and upskill HR Generalists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and consistent HR service delivery.
- Strategic Partnership: Work closely with the Group HR Director on initiatives related to performance & talent management, HR systems review, and organizational transformation projects.
- Branch & Stakeholder Support: Ensure smooth communication with branches and operational teams, addressing concerns and streamlining HR processes.
