Overview:

This position is based at the Imperial College London Diabetes Centre (ICLDC) in Al Ain, part of the Outpatient Care Cluster that also includes Moorfields Eye Hospital and HealthPlus Clinics, operating in partnership with M42.

As a Diabetes Educator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive education and clinical care to patients living with diabetes. You will play a key role in empowering patients to manage their condition effectively, improving quality of life through individualized care plans, education, and ongoing clinical support in alignment with M42, MH, and DOH/DHA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and deliver individualized diabetes education and management plans
• Provide training on medication use, glucose monitoring, nutrition, and complication prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and track patient outcomes
• Ensure compliance with DOH/DHA and JCI standards
• Support quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Nutrition, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• DOH/DHA license or eligibility
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• English fluency; Arabic is a plus
