Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end program management of Azure cloud transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, operations, and business teams to define and implement Azure solutions.
• Drive cloud governance, security, cost optimization, and compliance strategies.
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor and report on program health, risks, milestones, and dependencies.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, executive updates, and steering committee meetings.
• Manage vendor relationships and third-party Azure consultants/partners.
• Promote and implement agile practices across project teams.
• Ensure successful cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in program/project management.
• 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Strong understanding of Azure services including compute, networking, identity, governance, and DevOps.
• Proven experience managing large-scale cloud projects or programs.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with agile and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred:

• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals, Azure Administrator Associate, Azure Solutions Architect).
• Experience with cloud security and compliance standards (e.g., ISO, SOC2, GDPR).
• PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master certification.
