Key Responsibilities:
– Manage appointment scheduling and medical office tasks
– Utilize medical terminology to assist patients effectively
– Provide a warm and professional experience via phone and in person
– Coordinate insurance verification and reimbursement processes
– Support the team in delivering outstanding patient care
Qualifications:
– Experience in a medical office setting preferred
– Knowledge of phone etiquette and medical terminology
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
– Understanding of insurance processes is a plus
– High school diploma or equivalent
