Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Property Administrator role based in Dubai. The Property Administrator will manage daily property operations, oversee real estate transactions, and maintain communication with tenants, property owners, or other stakeholders. Key responsibilities include organizing property records, coordinating maintenance tasks, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Property Management and understanding of Real Estate operations
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to manage tenant and client relationships effectively
• Strong knowledge on Ejari, Tenancy Contracts and RERA
• Experience in Budgeting and financial management for property-related activities
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with property management software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in property administration or real estate is advantageous
