Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative with a strong background in the medical or skincare field. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with healthcare professionals, and dermatologists to promote our premium skincare product line. This role requires a combination of medical knowledge, sales expertise, and relationship-building skills to drive growth and ensure an exceptional experience for clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to engage dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and skincare professionals.
- Identify business development and collaboration opportunities within the skincare and aesthetic industry.
- Conduct regular field visits to present and promote the company’s skincare products to healthcare professionals.
- Provide continuous product support, education, and follow-up to clients.
- Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on promotional campaigns and brand strategies.
- Prepare and deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the skincare, pharmaceutical, or medical field.
- Strong understanding of the aesthetic and dermatology market.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Valid UAE driver’s license
- Bilingual (Arabic and English preferred).
