About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic, motivated, and detail‑oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Dubai office. The ideal candidate will manage lead qualification, CRM operations, tender preparation, and sales coordination while also supporting marketing and business development activities.
This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and prior UAE experience in a sales coordination or similar function.
Key Responsibilities
🔷 Sales Support & Coordination
Manage leads, follow‑ups, and client interactions through CRM systems (Salesforce, Monday.com, HubSpot).
Lead scoring, qualification, and tracking of new inquiries.
Coordinate day‑to‑day sales activities and provide full support to the sales team.
Assist in proposal preparation, documentation, and tender submissions.
Maintain updated sales dashboards, reports, and pipeline tracking.
Support the team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
🔷 Lead Generation & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through tele‑calling, events, and networking.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Assist in business development initiatives and client engagement efforts.
🔷 Marketing & Campaign Coordination
Coordinate marketing campaigns, sales promotions, and event participation.
Assist in executing webinars, exhibitions, and promotional events.
Prepare sales presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.
🔷 Data Management & Reporting
Analyze sales data to identify trends and gaps.
Provide actionable insights to optimize pipeline and CRM performance.
Improve internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Any Discipline), MBA in Marketing is an added advantage.
💼 Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the UAE as a Sales Coordinator or similar role.
Total experience 3–6 years preferred.
Experience in insurance, finance, marketing, corporate services, or professional services is desirable.
Strong understanding of sales cycles, CRM operations, and client engagement.
