ROLE OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our elite sales team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the UAE property market, capable of guiding High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) through complex investment decisions. This is a role for a career-focused professional who thrives in a high-performance environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investment Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing data-backed insights on ROI, capital appreciation, and market trends in prime zones (Yas Island, Saadiyat, Al Reem, Dubai Marina).
- Portfolio Management: Master NWMEA’s extensive inventory, including off-plan projects, secondary market luxury properties, and commercial assets, to match clients with their ideal investments.
- Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing. Utilize our CRM system to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal clients.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain long-term relationships with investors, offering end-to-end solutions by leveraging our in-house property management and mortgage advisory services.
- Market Networking: Actively represent the brand at industry events, developer launches, and networking functions to expand your client base and market reach.
- Negotiation: Conduct professional negotiations to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients while adhering to company standards and ethical guidelines.
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven real estate sales experience in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai market strongly preferred).
- Track Record: Demonstrated history of closing significant deals and achieving consistent sales targets.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid broker card (Abu Dhabi Municipality or RERA).
- Market Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of UAE property laws, sales procedures, and investment regulations (including Golden Visa requirements).
- Mobility: Valid UAE Driving License and own vehicle are mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent fluency in English (written and verbal). Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French is highly advantageous.
- Professionalism: Strong work ethic, impeccable presentation, and the ability to work independently in a competitive environment.
