Job Description

Responsibilities:

· Perform Pediatric Surgeries: Diagnose and treat medical conditions requiring surgical intervention in infants and children.

· Pre-Operative and Post-Operative Care: Manage and monitor patient care before, during, and after surgery, ensuring proper recovery and addressing any complications.

· Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with pediatricians, nurses, anesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, high-quality patient care.

· Develop Treatment Plans: Create individualized treatment plans based on patient diagnosis, age, and medical history.

· Educate Patients and Families: Communicate effectively with children and their families about their medical conditions, surgical procedures, and follow-up care.

· Keep Accurate Medical Records: Maintain detailed and up-to-date patient records, including diagnoses, treatments, and follow-up plans.

· Stay Updated on Latest Techniques: Participate in ongoing medical education and training to stay current with the latest advancements in pediatric surgery.

· Adhere to Healthcare Regulations: Ensure compliance with hospital policies and UAE healthcare laws and regulations.
