Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Insurance Sales Agent, with duties performed both at the Qesm El Maadi office and remotely. Responsibilities include cultivating and maintaining client relationships, identifying insurance needs, and selling suitable life and takaful insurance products. The agent will provide exceptional customer service, ensure client satisfaction, and support clients in understanding policy options, managing documentation, and addressing inquiries or claims. Additionally, the agent will contribute to the growth of the company’s client base by proactively pursuing leads and sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Insurance Sales and a solid understanding of insurance product offerings
- Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Experience in Insurance and Insurance Brokerage
- Knowledge and expertise in Sales strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in Arabic is required; fluency in English is a plus
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
