Job Description

Job Brief:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Executive to join our team with BinSina Pharmacy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, tracking, and reconciling medical insurance claims across multiple channels, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and smooth coordination between internal teams, finance, and insurance partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a consolidated record of all medical claims billed from pharmacies.
• Monitor and track the progress of claims with internal departments.
• Conduct weekly reconciliations with the Finance team.
• Perform daily external reconciliations with insurance business partners.
• Ensure data accuracy and maintain a clean, up-to-date claims database.
• Support the allocation of paid claims from insurance companies to the appropriate accounts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in insurance claims management or healthcare billing preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems is an advantage.
