Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HSE Engineer to support and manage Health, Safety, and Environmental activities on our project/site. The role ensures compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE policies, while fostering a safe work environment and driving continuous improvement in HSE performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor project-specific HSE plans and procedures.
• Develop project-specific Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) procedures.
• Support effective implementation of traffic management measures.
• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE legislation (Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DDA, EHS Trakhees, OSHAD, etc.).
• Conduct risk assessments, HAZID, and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Participate in incident investigations, root cause analysis, and reporting.
• Conduct HSE meetings, toolbox talks, and awareness campaigns.
• Monitor site activities, identify unsafe practices, and recommend corrective actions.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, consultants, and clients on HSE matters.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, training, and incidents.
• Support the development and testing of emergency response plans.
• Promote a proactive HSE culture and “Don’t Walk By” behavior across the workforce.
