
Job Description
Reem Hospital is seeking a Front Office Executive (Patient Access Executive) to join our dynamic Front Office team. As the first point of contact for patients and visitors, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless registration process and delivering an exceptional patient experience throughout their journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy.
- Accurately identify and register patients using Emirates ID or other valid identification documents.
- Verify insurance eligibility and ensure data accuracy to prevent administrative errors.
- Support patients with appointment scheduling, follow-up coordination, and mobile app registration.
- Address patient inquiries and complaints, escalating issues appropriately when needed.
- Communicate clearly regarding wait times, delays, and next steps in the patient flow process.
- Contribute to patient satisfaction initiatives and support continuous service improvement activities.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 year of customer service experience, strictly within a hospital or healthcare environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Arabic (mandatory).
- Proficiency in computer systems and familiarity with healthcare information platforms.
- Presentable, proactive, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends or evenings as required.
- A customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage sensitive situations with tact and compassion.
