Food and Beverage Marketing Manager – Jumeirah Al Naseem

About Madinat Jumeirah Set along a two-kilometre stretch of private coastline, Madinat Jumeirah is a beachfront resort comprising four distinctive hotels. Each offers uninterrupted views of the Arabian Gulf and the iconic Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, with experiences ranging from the contemporary elegance of Jumeirah Al Naseem to the majestic Arabesque charm of Jumeirah Al Qasr. About The Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Food and Beverage Marketing Manager to join Al Naseem. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

  • Partner with F&B Marketing and Operations Directors to craft annual marketing plans aligned with Jumeirah’s brand and restaurant concepts
  • Lead creation of restaurant-related content including menus, promotional materials, social media assets, and visual media
  • Ensure smooth collaboration with F&B Operations for timely and effective implementation of marketing initiatives
  • Mentor and support property-level marketing assistants to strengthen their capabilities and contribution
  • Oversee campaign budgets, forecasts, and ROI analysis to ensure efficient resource use
  • Liaise with external PR, social media, and media buying agencies to deliver high-quality marketing outputs

About You The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

  • Minimum 4 – 6 years marketing experience either in FMCG, luxury, hospitality brands or Media agency
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Public Relations or equivalent from an accredited and renowned University
  • Proven experience in developing and managing integrated marketing and communications plans and budgets
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills in English
