  • Write and edit persuasive, engaging, and grammatically correct content for online and offline marketing materials in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
  • Develop copy for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, brochures, press releases, and other marketing collateral.
  • Ensure clarity, tone, and brand voice consistency across all content.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to develop compelling narratives.
  • Review and refine all written content based on internal feedback and audience engagement metrics.
  • Ensure all content adheres to SEO best practices for digital platforms.
  • Work closely with the Marketing Manager / Head of Department to align content with marketing strategies.
  • Adapt and develop received content from the Head of Department by providing additional references, insights, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, videographers, and other team members to create engaging multimedia content.
  • Assist in crafting campaign messaging, storytelling approaches, and brand guidelines.
  • Proofread, edit, and fact-check all content before publication to ensure accuracy and high-quality writing.
  • Monitor audience engagement and adjust content based on performance insights and analytics.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, hashtags, and emerging platform features to ensure relevant and engaging content.
  • Manage and engage with audiences through social media comments, messages, and community interactions.
  • Track content performance and provide regular reports on engagement, feedback, and effectiveness.
  • Continuously improve writing quality and storytelling techniques based on analytics and audience response.


Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Hospitality or a related field.
  • Proven experience in copywriting, content creation, or marketing writing (preferably within the hospitality or service industry).
  • Strong creative thinking and storytelling skills.
  • High attention to details, spelling, and grammar in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.
  • Familiarity with SEO, digital marketing strategies, and content optimization is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
