Job Description
Due to the continued growth and success of GEMS Wesgreen International School, we are looking to appoint a talented Chemistry Teacher to join our Secondary team from August 2026.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Early Career Teacher to gain valuable international experience, or for a more experienced teacher to take the next step within a globally recognised organisation. Experience teaching BTEC Creative Media would be an advantage.

Skills and experience
The successful candidate will have:
- A B.Ed or a degree with PGCE/PGDE or equivalent, specialising in Chemistry
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience teaching Chemistry within the National Curriculum at secondary level (A Level experience preferred)
- A strong track record of delivering high-quality teaching and learning
- The ability to inspire and engage students, fostering creativity and innovation
- A belief that all students can achieve high standards, with the commitment to support them
- Experience contributing to a broad and engaging curriculum
