Job Description Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery:
- Conduct induction training for new hires on brand history, culture, and values.
- Deliver ongoing product knowledge sessions to enhance staff expertise in footwear, apparel, and accessories.
- Provide customer service and selling skills training tailored to sports retail.
- Train teams on visual merchandising standards and in-store brand presentation.
- Performance Support:
- Monitor training effectiveness by conducting on-floor coaching and mystery shopping evaluations.
- Identify skill gaps in store teams and design targeted training solutions.
- Support store managers in developing staff competencies and succession planning.
- Brand Advocacy:
- Act as a brand ambassador by instilling passion for sports, fitness, and brand values among staff.
- Ensure consistent delivery of brand guidelines across all retail touchpoints.
- Operational Excellence:
- Partner with Area Managers to support store performance through training interventions.
- Maintain accurate training records, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with new product launches, brand campaigns, and global training materials.
