
Job Description
Talent Acquisition Specialist – German, Deutch Speaker
Responsible to connect with potential candidates online and offline, screening applications and supporting hiring managers.
Responsible for hiring qualified people while maintaining a positive candidate experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding across various departments.
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build effective hiring strategies
Source candidates using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and direct outreach
Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Draft and extend job offers aligned with internal salary bands and UAE labour regulations
Ensure all recruitment practices are compliant with UAE labour laws and company policies.
Maintain and update candidate records on ATS or recruitment CRM systems.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring and high-demand roles.
Assist in employer branding efforts, including LinkedIn and job portal engagement.
Provide regular hiring reports, metrics, and insights to management.
Represent the company professionally at job fairs and external recruitment events.
Coordinate with PRO/HR Ops for visa processing and onboarding logistics.
Continuously improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.
Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience:
2 years of recruiting experience preferred.
Skills and Competencies:
Excellent communication skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good decision-making skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
