We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Inpatient Pharmacist to lead and support our inpatient pharmacy services. The successful candidate will play a vital role in optimizing pharmaceutical care, ensuring safe and effective medication management across our inpatient units.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Oversee medication reconciliation, dispensing, and clinical review
- Monitor compliance with hospital policies, DHA regulations, and best practice guidelines
- Support mentoring and supervision of junior pharmacists
- Participate in formulary development, audits, and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- DHA-licensed as a Pharmacist in the UAE
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an inpatient hospital setting, with at least 2 years in a senior capacity
- Strong clinical knowledge across diverse therapeutic areas
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Commitment to patient safety and continuous professional growth
