* Provide administrative support to the sales team.
* ⁠Manage the process of bid submissions for tenders.
* ⁠Add and update customers in the system, ensuring all information is up to date.
* ⁠Handle data effectively and use the CRM system efficiently.
* ⁠Follow up on invoice submissions.
* ⁠Manage and update Salesforce (SFDC) system and perform analysis.
* ⁠Follow up on sales data and create annual reports when requested.
