Location: Business Bay, Dubai

About the Role

Lead front-of-house sales and client growth for a luxury beauty lounge. You will manage a small team, drive daily conversions, and build partnerships to expand our VIP client base.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and coach reception/sales team to daily targets

Build and manage a qualified client pipeline; convert walk-ins and inquiries

Create and execute sales campaigns, bundles, and loyalty programs

Develop partnerships with clinics, hotels, influencers, and premium brands

Track KPIs, prepare weekly sales reports, and optimize performance

Uphold luxury service standards across the client journey

Requirements

3+ years in sales within beauty/aesthetics/luxury salons or premium brands in Dubai

Proven success in client acquisition and closing high-value packages

Fluent in English (Arabic or Russian is a plus)

Strong negotiation, CRM, and team leadership skills

Polished presentation and VIP client etiquette
