Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required.

The Center hosts classes for children as such an ideal candidate should be able to thrive in a dynamic and sometimes loud setting. With children with special needs as our clients, we require a candidate with empathy and patience. .

Responsibilities

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Be willing to constantly stay informed about Qimam Center’s services to effectively respond to inquiry emails.
• Act as first point of contact for visitors.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Arabic **Required**
• High school diploma or relevant work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications
• Familiar with Google Workspace features, including Google Chat, Google Meet, and Google Forms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Proficiency in Hindi is considered an advantage.
