Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patient Coordinator at Quttainah Specialized Hospital in Dubai, UAE. The Patient Coordinator will be responsible for phone etiquette, appointment scheduling, receptionist duties, and communication with patients and medical staff on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
• Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist Duties proficiency
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience in Aesthetic or Plastic surgery field is must
