Position Summary

Ruh Al Barsha Dental Clinic is seeking a skilled and motivated Orthodontist to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have excellent clinical expertise in orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning, strong patient communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.

This position is suitable for an immediate joiner who can work three days per week from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Key Requirements

• Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as an Orthodontist.
• Must hold a valid UAE residence visa (Own Visa).
• Available to join immediately.
• Available to work 3 days per week.
• Working hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
• Strong clinical and patient management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive orthodontic consultations and assessments.
• Develop and present individualized treatment plans.
• Provide orthodontic treatments including fixed braces, clear aligners, retainers, and interceptive orthodontics.
• Monitor treatment progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations and clinic protocols.
• Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to provide multidisciplinary care.
• Educate patients regarding oral hygiene and treatment expectations.

Compensation

• Commission-Based Only.
• No fixed salary or retainer.
