• Proficiency in managing and improving Customer Experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
• Experience in handling calls and providing support in a call center environment
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer service software is advantageous
• Fluency in English is required, and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a bonus
