Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in FUJAIRAH for a Clinic Supervisor. The Clinic Supervisor will oversee daily clinic operations, manage staff schedules, ensure patient satisfaction, maintain medical records, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. The role includes supervising the medical team, addressing patient concerns, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth clinic functioning.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Healthcare Management experience
• Strong Customer Service and communication skills
• Knowledge in Medicine and Medical Records management
• Experience in healthcare industry is a plus
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, nursing, or related field
• SALARY WILL BE AED3000 TO AED 4000
